Philadelphia's own Charles Burns presents his older work to a crowd at a Comic Book Panel. Burns is pictured in middle on the left side, and is known for what many describe to be creepy and weird high contrast illustrations.
An image from Facetasm: Creepy Mix-And-Match Book of Face Mutations. Burns was deeply influenced by MAD era artists, including Kurtzman and Eisner.
